What makes ALiCAT KiTCHENS' recipes so good ….. We start with terrific recipes that have been tweaked and tested just for us. We use fresh ingredients supplied by a leading food service company. We have a full commercial kitchen which means fresher ingredients and less additives. It also allows us the availability to pre-cook meats, create delicious home-made sauces, sauté and blanche vegetables and whatever else might be required. Since the inception of our business, we have been consulting with a professional, well-known local chef to help ensure that you go home with a dish you can be proud to serve. From recipe creation to instructions for cooking, each recipe has been tested several times by freezing it, thawing it and cooking it in a residential oven, just like you would. If it doesn't pass our tests, it doesn't go on our menu. We know that it's not just the convenience that will keep you coming back. It's that we can provide you with quality, nutritional recipes; ones that will satisfy and thrill the finickiest of tastes. Our Menus: Each month you will have a new selection of 15 entrees, side dishes, and/or desserts to choose from. This includes four signature dishes from Chef Angus Campbell. Sauces: Every day we start with fresh ingredients that we use to create home made sauces for our recipes. From our creamy Alfredo sauce, to cream soups, to our enchilada sauce, they are all made from scratch.
