Hi Girls,

My name is Bobbe Jo Mills and my family and I enjoyed our first meal last night.  I was in on Monday night and had a wonderful time.  You have inspired me to cook real meals for my family again, and they are excited!

I haven't worked full time in several years and will be returning to work this fall as a teacher and was really stressed about meal planning, but I think that Alicat Kitchens, will help take the stress out of those busy nights when we have to rush around to get the kids to soccer practice and girl scouts.

Thank you for taking all the hard work out of planning and cooking, can't wait to come in next month.

See you soon.

Bobbe Mills

Alicia -

Just wanted to let you know - Some of the moms at Ben's school who are staying at the Ronald McDonald House have been raving about all the food you donated. Everytime I see them they tell me the latest thing they've tried. They said everything has been great! Sounds like the food is being well used and appreciated!

Hey Alicia,

Just wanted to drop you a quick note saying that you sure run a "Class Act"!!! The design of the entire kitchen area made it easy to quickly prepare all of the dishes! I was impressed at the beauty and cleanliness of the whole operation!! Menu selections looked scrumptious! Can't wait to try each and every one!

Thanks for sharing your dream with all of us and best of luck. I pray it is as profitable as it is fun, for all of us!

Sincerely,

Marijane Werner

My daughter and I really enjoyed ourselves the other night.  And the meals......WONDERFUL!!  My husband is convinced that it's the only way to go now.  I don't think he can imagine life without AliCat.  The most difficult thing now is to decide what delicious meal to pull out of the freezer.

Last night, as a matter of fact, I had made the stuffed shells.  Delicious, by the way.  My husband flew in from a business trip to California and got home about 8:30.  I warmed them back up in the microwave and he just went nuts.  He said the the touch of sausage in the filling was perfect and asked me when I was going back to AliCat's.  I hopped on the computer (while he was finishing his 5th shell).  And we went thru the October menu and calendar and I'll be in next week! You can be sure that I'll be in every month after that!

I was particularly pleased to see a couple of crock pot meals in next months menu.  It can't get a whole lot easier than putting a frozen Alicat meal into the crock pot and just letting it go!  I'd love to see a crock pot meal each month.

Thank you again for offering such a great service!!!  If you need testers or recipe ideas....I'm available!

Recently my husband and 4 other men from his small group had a session at Alicat Kitchens. They planned a big dinner surprise for us wives. They secretly made us a 5 course meal, thanks to your establishment (shrimp appetizers, tortilla soup, salad, chicken involtini, and chocolate phyllo dessert). Which explained why I was forbidden from my downstairs freezer for 2 weeks and the flour on their clothing (ha ha). They had all of us wives picked up in a limo and brought to the location where they planned the dinner. They had the table set beautifully and served us as if we were in 5 star restaurant. The dinner was absolutely delicious! They bragged about the great service and help they received while they were there. Not only are we thankful for such incredible husbands. We're thankful to you for helping them create such a wonderful evening.  Everything was so good that another wife and myself are going to come and try this ourselves. We're looking forward to our visit. Remember these great guys? I'm sure they're aren't easy to forget.

Ali,

just needed to thank you (and Miss Kathy who was a lovely host).  I recruited my husband to join my son and I tonight for the 3 dinner test run with  our son  Max.  A blast was had by all.  Max wants to come every night to cook (and he would love to help Miss Kathy wash the dishes).  We made the pretzel chicken as soon as we got home and Max wowed his teenage brother and sister with his culinary abilities.  What a hoot.

Thank you !   I so appreciate it.

WOW! I just wanted to thank you! I received a gift certificate from some wonderful friends, and I used it on Saturday! I was so impressed. You see, my son had a major surgery in the beginning of June, and we spent a week in ICU. I really hadn't been out of the house since then, and I took my daughter with me so we could reconnect a bit. She and I had such a fun time making meals, and memories, it was just so wonderful. Not to mention that the meals were just fantastic, as we've eaten a couple since then! And Carol and Kathy were so wonderful and helpful that day! I would love to do this again soon! And I highly recommend it to every busy mom, or family members looking to spend time together!

Thanks again!
